Order Preparation and Shipping Time:
Your orders will be carefully prepared and delivered to cargo within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. For special production or personalized designs, this period may be 7-10 business days .

Cargo Company and Tracking:
All our shipments are made through the cargo company we have a contract with. When your order is shipped, you will be sent the cargo tracking number via SMS or e-mail.

Delivery Time:
Depending on the shipping company and delivery address, your products usually reach your address within 1-3 business days . This period may vary during public holidays and busy periods.

Shipping Fee:

• Shipping is free for orders over a certain amount (5000 TL).

• For orders below this amount, a fixed shipping fee of 150 TL will be applied.

• Free shipping opportunities may be offered during campaign periods.

Shipping Damage or Missing Items:
When your order reaches you, we kindly ask you to check the package in the presence of the courier .

• In case of any damage or missing product , we kindly ask you to keep a record and contact us.

• This way we can assist you faster.

Undeliverable Orders:
Orders that cannot be delivered due to reasons such as insufficient address or the recipient not being there are returned to us. In this case, you will be contacted and reshipped, but a second shipping fee may be requested for the second shipment.
